Winter dryness: Tackle that flaky skin!
Irregular skin care and harsh winters can leave your skin begging for moisture! Here's help:

Scrub off dead cells with a gentle loofah every time you take a shower; for sensitive skin, use a bath sponge instead. A gentle, creamy body scrub once a week is a must, for all skin types.

2. Remember not to use very hot water lest you strip your skin of essential oils. After your shower, pat dry and moisturise well. Use a lotion if your skin is oily or normal, and body butter if it's dry.

3. Pamper yourself with a hot-oil body massage on a weekend and feel the difference almost instantly. Use a blend of olive oil and almond oil - both are great nourishing agents.

4. Use a moisturising sunscreen of SPF 15 regularly before stepping out into the sun - the sun's rays also strip your skin of moisture.
